Our kids’ and teens’ parties are designed for ages 5 and up to work independently. If you would like a younger child to participate, call us before booking to discuss their needs.

How much does a kids’ chocolate-making birthday party cost?

The package is $415 for the first nine chocolate makers, plus $26 for each additional participant. A $100 reservation deposit is applied toward your total. Review the current booking listing and confirm any extras when reserving.

How long does the party last?

Parties last 90 minutes, including the chocolate-making experience and a final 30-minute celebration period. Additional time may be available for $52 per 30 minutes and must be arranged in advance.

What do the children make?

Each participant makes five chocolate treats. The host selects a birthday-balloon or smiley-face lollipop, chocolate pizza or chocolate-drizzled popcorn, and a small chocolate shape from the available options. Everyone also makes a chocolate-dipped Oreo with sprinkles and a Chamberlain’s S’More. 

Do guests take their chocolates home?

Yes. We package the treats in individual bags so each guest takes home the chocolates they personally made.

How many children can attend?

Our event space accommodates up to 45 kids. The base package includes nine chocolate makers; additional participants are charged at the per-person rate. Discuss your expected attendance with our team when booking.

Which days are birthday parties available?

Kids’ birthday parties are offered on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday may be an option, so ask our team about availability. Dates and times must be confirmed when reserving.

Can we bring cake, food, and decorations?

Yes. You can bring food, cake or cupcakes, and your own decorations for the celebration period. Peanuts and peanut products may not be brought into the facility. Sparklers and alcoholic beverages are not allowed at children’s events.

What supplies and refreshments are included?

For each chocolate maker, we provide water, lemonade, cups, plates, forks, napkins, and a cup of ice cream. If you are serving additional guests, such as parents or siblings, bring additional paper products and drinks for them.

When can the host arrive to set up?

The host may access the party room 15 minutes before the event to set up food and decorations. Two six-foot tables and a gift cart are available. Ask guests to arrive a few minutes early so the party can begin on time.

Does an adult need to stay during the party?

Yes. The host or at least one adult must stay with the group for the entire event. There are eight chairs for parents in the event room, with additional seating available in the lobby.

Are the parties held in a peanut-free facility?

Yes. Parties take place in our dedicated peanut-free chocolate factory. Peanuts and peanut products may not be brought into the facility. 

Do you accommodate food allergies, dairy-free, gluten-free, or vegan needs?

Contact us before booking to discuss each guest’s allergies, ingredients, and possible substitutions. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available, and our team can discuss vegan chocolate and activity options. Suitability depends on the exact ingredients and activities selected; we cannot promise an allergen-free experience for every allergy. Sugar-free chocolate is not available for chocolate-making events.

Can we take photos or record the party?

Still photos are welcome throughout the party. Video and audio recording are permitted only during the final 30-minute celebration period, not during the presentation.

Is parking available?

Yes. Plenty of free parking is available just outside our location.
