Sending a chocolate gift? Here’s what to know about processing times, delivery options, and protecting your chocolates on their way to you.

Where do you ship?

We ship eligible chocolate products nationwide. Chocolate-covered strawberries and other fresh fruit are available for pickup or local delivery only.

When will my order ship?

In-stock chocolates ship within two business days of receiving your order. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Custom and special-order timing is confirmed individually. For a time-sensitive gift, contact us before ordering at 678-728-0100.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and season.

During cooler months, generally November through April, Ground shipping is available and may take five to seven days after shipment. Second-day and next-day options are also available.

During warm weather, we offer next-day shipping only to help protect your chocolates.

Please allow for both order processing and shipping time when planning your gift.

How do you protect chocolate during warm weather?

Chocolate is heat-sensitive. During warm months, we use insulated packaging and/or ice packs, along with next-day shipping, to help your order arrive in good condition.

Can I request a delivery date?

Delivery-date selection is available for next-day shipping and local delivery in the Atlanta area. For other shipping methods, you may request an arrival date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

If your gift needs to arrive for a specific occasion, call us before placing your order so we can help you plan.

Can you ship chocolate-covered strawberries?

Chocolate-covered strawberries and other fresh fruit are available for pickup or local delivery only. We do not ship them by mail or UPS because they would not arrive with the freshness and quality we want you to enjoy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please call us at 678-728-0100 if your package or chocolates arrive damaged. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
